 Placement Process
The Placement Process is a 4 step approach:
  1. Counseling ? Determines best fit for the candidate.
  2. Training ? After best fit is determined, the training begins.
  3. Marketing ? Once trained or if already trained the marketing team takes it from there to set up interviews with clients.
  4. Closure - Once chosen the candidate will have to finish all the appropriate paper work before the project begins.
